Creating the Cleanse

Elements needed to cleanse:

1. Clean water - 2 quarts daily is essential for cleansing. If you don‘t drink enough water while on a cleanse you will likely experience nausea and, or headaches. Make sure your water is filtered or bottled (by a reputable company).

2.Simple natural foods, avoid white sugar and white flour products. Incorporate lots of vegetables both cooked and raw, moderate amounts of fresh fruits and whole grains. Avoid processed foods. Soups and salads are a good idea, top your salad with fresh roasted turkey, or chicken, or free range hard boiled eggs. For breakfast I like to have a breakfast shake meal replacement, or 1 egg and a slice of whole grain toast. Avoid alcohol and coffee. If you are presently drinking 3 or more cups of coffee cut down to 2 per day for a couple days before beginning the cleanse then as you start the cleanse try only one cup per day. After a few days into the cleanse the coffee will begin not to taste that good, at that point drink only half a cup or eliminate it completely, green tea would be a good alternative. . At the same time start some type of exercise program, walk, dance, stretch, do something and do it faithfully this will all pay off

2. Herbs to cleanse all the channels of elimination

3. Fiber to add bulk to the stools to clean the colon.

Now that you’ve gained a clear understanding of the importance of cleansing you can go forward with your program with new enthusiasm and motivation. And with the knowledge that not only are you helping your body with weight loss but you are helping your entire system to become healthier.
